Delta Sales Associates is an independent manufacturer’s representative agency specializing in non-destructive testing instrumentation for coating and plating thickness measurements as well as color and gloss measurements, Raman Spectroscopy, luminance & illuminance measurements.

Established in 1987, our company was founded on the principles of providing industry with quality instrumentation from leading manufacturers. The members of our executive/technical staff each has over 30 years experience in their fields. Therefore, we have the expertise to guide the customer in deciding on the appropriate methods, models and software versions necessary to satisfy their measurement needs and budget requirements.

Our Our Delta TRAC division is A2LA accredited to ISO/IEC Guide 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 for the calibration of all makes and models of coating/plating thickness measuring instrumentation, color spectrophotometers and haze-and-gloss meters.

Delta TRAC is our A2LA service division providing ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 calibration for all major manufacturers of the following categories of instrumentation:

Features and Benefits
 All instrument certifications are performed in accordance with the latest ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 requirements.
Calibration labels and certificates of traceability are provided along with “As Found”/ ”As Left” readings.
Calibration can be performed on-site, thus, minimizing “down-time,” or your unit can be sent to our facility for cost savings. If you will be sending equipment to us for calibration, please note, our turnaround time is three to four days.

- Advisement on mechanical or electronic problems encountered with your system that may require factory repair or replacement.
- Radiation survey certificates are supplied with the calibration of X-Ray systems.
- Leak testing of radioactive sources.

Technical Training Courses on coating thickness measurement and/or color measurement can be provided on-site or at our classroom facilities in Buffalo, NY.

These seminars cover the theory, utilization, and practical application of your coating thickness or color measurement instrumentation.

Training seminars can be customized to your specific measurement instrumentation, application(s) and requirements. Delta TRAC can provide step-by-step written procedural instructions to operators for specific applications on a particular instrument.

We offer Operator Certification classes for all categories of coating and plating thickness measurement systems, including X-Ray fluorescence, beta-backscatter, Eddy-current, magnetic induction, and coulometric. These one to two day classes include an examination of course material and a Certificate of Course Completion.

Training seminars are available for the understanding and utilization of analytical X-Ray Fluorescence systems for high-reliability applications, alloy analysis, and the scanning for restricted elements for compliance to the Directive 2002/95/EC/RoHS/WEEE/ELV. We also offer training for determining alloy concentration as utilized in the jewelry and precious metal industry.

From the I-90 (New York State Thruway):
Take Exit 49 (Depew, Rt. 78). Make a left turn at the signal going Northbound on Transit Rd. (Rt. 78). Go about 1.2 miles to Main St. (Rt. 5). Turn right going Eastbound. Go 0.3 miles; and as the road narrows, turn right into our parking lot. We are the south building.

From the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport:
Take Genesee St. (Rt. 33) eastbound for 2 miles to Transit Rd. (Rt. 78). Turn left (Northbound) for about 2 miles to Main St. (Rt. 5). Turn right (Eastbound) onto Main St. for 0.3 miles; and as the road narrows, turn right into our parking lot. We are the south building.

From the Toronto, Ontario, Canada Area:
To avoid the traffic coming over the Peace Bridge into Buffalo, it’s easier to go via the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. Take Exit 37 off the QEW onto Rt. 405. Take the bridge to I-190 South through Niagara Falls, NY. Continue on the I-190 over the North Grand Island Bridge through Grand Island. As you leave the Island via the South Bridge, stay to your right and take Exit N16 onto the I-290 Eastbound (the only direction it goes at this point). Take Exit 7 Main St. (Rt. 5) Eastbound. Continue on Main St. to Transit Rd. (Rt. 78). Stay to your right and as the road narrows, turn right into our parking lot just 0.3 miles past Transit Rd. We are the south building.
